Jeff Ales - Career Executive and Vice President, Sales and Operations
An accomplished senior executive in operations, sales, and business development, Jeff Ales is the current general manager and executive vice president of sales at Legacy Service Solutions, LLC. Jeff Ales leverages more than 15 years of leadership experience to oversee sales, marketing, project management, and operations across a three-state region for the Waterford, Michigan-based construction, restoration, commercial contracting, and remediation firm. Since assuming the position in 2019, he has increased sales volume by more than 500 percent annually and established a new customer relations management system that has significantly improved customer attendance, support, and interactions.
Jeff Ales served as the chief operating officer and executive vice president of sales at Reliant Supply Group between 2022 and 2024. He contributed to the supply chain management firm's 1,100 percent increase in global sales volume during that time, in addition to providing group purchasing solutions that benefited more than 4,100 hospitals in the United States. He also served as the regional vice president of sales for Finish Line Floors, a specialized floor coating company in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, from 2017 to 2019.
Mr. Ales enjoys camping, cooking, youth mentoring, golfing, and soccer in his free time. He supports the Detroit Lions football team and is a class D licensed soccer coach.
